What are Aerial Silks?

Aerial Silks also known as aerial ribbons, aerial tissues, fabric, ribbon, or tissu has become well known due to acts like Cirque du Soleil.  It's a great and FUN full body workout that increases strength and flexibility for students of all ages. The silks hang from the ceiling while you climb and wrap them around your body to perform gorgeous poses, acrobatics and tricks in the air.
